Ambassador Terms of Service

By participating you agree to:

  1. No incentive cloaking — promote Akupon honestly; disclose affiliate relationships per local law (FTC §255 / Bawaslu / etc.).
  2. No paid traffic on protected keywords (Akupon, AkuponFi, $AKUPON).
  3. No spam — bulk email/SMS/DM without consent results in immediate removal.
  4. No bot / VPN farms — fake registrations are detected and clawed back retroactively; the corresponding month's reward is forfeited.
  5. Comply with local law — including securities/marketing rules of your jurisdiction.

Because tiers are re-evaluated each month, violations result in payout forfeit for the affected month, additional clawback of past months on fraud findings, or full program termination. Akupon's decision is final.
