Global Whitelabel & International Partners
Akupon is built in Indonesia but the platform is borderless. Merchants, regional partners (Mitra), and B2B operators from any country can apply. Approval probability is naturally higher for Indonesian leads (our core market), but international leads are actively reviewed for whitelabel expansion.
Who can apply
- Merchants — any registered business or sole operator worldwide. Digital goods, gift cards, e-SIM, SaaS resale, and global voucher categories are supported on the international rail today. Physical cross-border goods are gated behind Phase-3 compliance review.
- Mitra (Regional Partner) — operators who want to recruit and manage a local merchant network in their country/region.
- B2B / Whitelabel — companies that want to deploy the Akupon stack (voucher engine, redemption QR, dashboard) under their own brand.

Global checkout is aUSD-native — settled on-chain on Arbitrum One with no card processor in the loop. aUSD is a fully-collateralized stablecoin — see vision/ausd.
What we collect at apply time
- Country (full ISO-3166 list)
- Business / contact details
- Intended use case (digital goods, voucher, whitelabel, etc.)
- EVM wallet address for aUSD payout — soft-required. You may submit the application without a wallet; BD will follow up to collect it before your first payout cycle.
Process
- Submit the standard merchant or mitra registration with your country selected. Non-ID applicants are automatically routed to the international pipeline.
- BD team review (target: 5 business days).
- Approved leads receive a tailored onboarding pack: aUSD wallet verification, regional pricing, and whitelabel scope if applicable.
- Go-live once compliance and payout rail are confirmed.

Pre-launch notice
Some compliance flows (KYB for high-risk jurisdictions, sanctions screening, regional tax/VAT registration) are still being rolled out. Your application is recorded in the international lead log even if a given rail is not yet live — you will be notified as each region opens.
