Investor Fees

Planned fee components

Investor Pools will use the industry-standard combination:

• Management fee — annualized, deducted incrementally from NAV.
• Performance fee — only above the High-Water Mark (HWM). Investors are not charged a performance fee for recovering from drawdowns.
• Deposit / withdraw fee — may be zero or small depending on the pool, used to disincentivize flip-allocation on sensitive pools (e.g. DV).

VIP discounts

$AKUPON holders / veAKUPON stakers will receive fee discounts (final amounts published at TGE). See Vision → $AKUPON Token.

The active fee values are always rendered in-app on Investor → Pools → [pool name] before you confirm the allocation — there are no hidden fees.
