Proof of Reserves

Akupon publishes on-chain attestation of pool reserves every 8h:

  • aUSD pools: on-chain totalAssets() matched against published liabilities.
  • BTC reserves (if any): Merkle root of UTXO set, verifiable by anyone via published proofs.
  • External attestation: quarterly by an independent firm (TBA at mainnet).
