Merchant KYC

Merchant verification is optional — the Free tier can start selling immediately without verification. Document upload is only required if you want to upgrade to the Verified tier (higher cashback fee + blue badge) or to Premium with the full feature set.

Documents requested (Indonesia)​

  • ID card (KTP) of the responsible person (owner / director).
  • Storefront / business location photo (optional, for the location badge).
  • NPWP (tax ID) (optional, required once turnover crosses the tax threshold).

Requirements to activate the Verified badge​

  • At least 10 successful redemption transactions on the merchant account, and
  • KTP verification of the responsible person approved.

Security​

Documents are encrypted at rest and only accessible to the compliance team. Review status is shown in Merchant Dashboard → Verification.
