Merchant Payouts

Sales proceeds land in the Sales Balance in the Merchant Dashboard in real time on every successful transaction.

Using the Sales Balance​

  • Pay redeem invoices (auto-deducted every 10 redeems / end of month).
  • Pay the Premium subscription (hybrid: Sales Balance + gateway).
  • Withdraw to a bank account (Indonesia, via DOKU disbursement) when available.

Bank withdrawal​

  • Route: Merchant Dashboard → Sales Balance → Withdraw.
  • Provider: DOKU disbursement (IDR, transfer to a personal/business bank account).
  • Minimum withdrawal, admin fee, and processing schedule may change — always check the active values on the Sales Balance page before confirming.
  • Withdrawal history is stored under Financial Report.
