Merchant Premium

Premium gives merchants more visibility, lower fees, and operational perks.

Benefits​

  • 50% override on settlement fees (cashback every month).
  • Priority placement in PonPon recommendations.

  • Premium-only analytics (cohort, retention, funnel).

Plans​

Monthly subscription. The active price (managed dynamically by admin) is always shown in Merchant Dashboard → Subscription and in the /for-merchants simulator. A SoftLaunch promo applies during the launch period.

Hybrid Payment (Sales Balance + Gateway)​

You can pay your Premium invoice using a mix of:

  1. Your Sales Balance (sales balance), and
  2. Any remaining amount through the payment gateway (DOKU or aUSD).

Constraints:

  • The remaining gateway amount must meet the minimum (typically Rp 10,000).
  • If the gateway charge fails or expires, the Sales Balance portion is automatically refunded back to your sales balance — no manual reconciliation needed.

Auto-renewal​

  • Active subscriptions auto-renew before expiry using your preferred method.
  • Renewal failures trigger a grace period and reminder emails before downgrade.
  • Cancel anytime — you keep Premium benefits until period end.
