Video-ad is a premium listing format where your storefront / product is shown as a short autoplay video in marketplace surfaces.

  • Format: MP4 (H.264) or WebM (VP9)
  • Aspect ratio: 9:16 (vertical) preferred, 1:1 also accepted
  • Length: 5–15 seconds
  • Max file size: 10 MB
  • Mute-safe — captions or text overlays recommended (most users browse with sound off)

Suspension rules

Video-ad listings follow the same compliance rules as standard listings, plus:

  • If your account has an overdue redeem invoice > 7 days, all video-ad listings are suspended (along with other listings).
  • AI moderation auto-rejects videos with prohibited content (violence, explicit material, misleading claims).

Once invoices are cleared or rejected videos are replaced, listings reactivate within minutes.
