Bulk Register (Foodcourt / Mall)

If you operate a foodcourt, mall, or any multi-tenant venue, the Bulk Register flow lets you onboard up to 30 merchant tenants in a single submission.

When to use it​

  • You manage a venue with many small merchants under one roof.
  • You want every tenant attributed to your mitra_code so the commission rolls up to your Mitra Balance.
  • You need to spin up Akupon presence for the entire venue quickly.

How it works​

  1. From the Mitra dashboard, open Bulk Register.
  2. Fill the tenant rows (name, category, contact). Up to 30 per batch.
  3. Submit — every tenant is created with your mitra_code already attached.
  4. Each tenant receives an activation invite to complete KYC and 2FA on their own merchant account.

Commission impact​

Tenants registered via bulk count toward your monthly omzet exactly like merchants recruited one-by-one. They feed straight into the level system.

Limits & rules​

  • 30 rows per submission. Submit additional batches if you need more.
  • Tenants must complete their own KYC before they can issue vouchers.
  • A tenant can only be linked to one mitra; duplicates are rejected.
