Mitra Commissions & Levels
Mitra earnings scale dynamically with the monthly gross omzet generated by the merchants you recruited. Levels are recalculated each month — exceed the threshold and you immediately move up.

How the commission base is computed
Each merchant redeem incurs a platform fee (different rate for Free vs Premium merchants — exact values are shown live on the Mitra simulator). Your share is calculated as:
mitra_earning = sum(redeem_fee_from_your_merchants) × level_share_percent
Worked example
- 100 merchants, 1 redeem/day, Rp 2.000 fee/redeem ⇒ Rp 200.000/day → Rp 6.000.000/month omzet.
- Level = Manager (50%) → mitra earns Rp 3.000.000/month.
- Add 50 more merchants of the same activity → omzet Rp 9.000.000 (still Manager). Push past Rp 10.000.000 ⇒ promoted to General Manager (60%).
Notes
- Promotion is automatic; no application or admin approval required.
- Demotion also happens automatically if omzet drops below the threshold.
