Mitra Quickstart

A Partner (Mitra) at Akupon is a regional agent who recruits and onboards merchants (warungs, food-court tenants, small businesses) and earns a dynamic share of the platform fees those merchants generate. This is not an API/SDK integration — it is an operational partner role inside the Akupon app.

1. Register​

Visit akupon.com/mitra/register and fill:

  • Full name + NIK (KTP number)
  • WhatsApp number + city
  • Optional: referral code from another mitra

The activation fee is displayed on the registration page.

2. Pay the activation fee​

You can pay using:

  • Payment gateway — DOKU (IDR) or aUSD (on-chain); pick at checkout.
  • Hybrid Payment — combine your Sub-Balance balance with the gateway (gateway portion ≥ Rp 10,000).
  • Gift Code — redeem an activation gift code from a friend or guild.

3. Secure your account​

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) before recruiting anyone. Every future login then requires a one-time code.

4. Recruit merchants​

Each mitra gets a unique mitra_code. Two recruitment paths:

  • One-by-one — share your invite link; merchants registering with your code are automatically attributed to you.
  • Bulk register — for foodcourts / malls / multi-tenant operators, use the bulk-register flow to onboard up to 30 tenants at once. See Bulk Register.

5. Earn commission​

Commission is dynamic and scales with the monthly omzet your merchants generate — see Commissions. Earnings accumulate in your Mitra Balance and you withdraw via Withdrawals.

What Mitra is not​

  • Not an API SDK partner.
  • No ak_test_… / ak_live_… API keys.
  • No public webhook endpoints, no rate-limit tiers.

A public developer API is on the roadmap but is not live today.

International mitras​

Non-Indonesia operators can apply too. Commissions settle in aUSD on Arbitrum One instead of IDR — see Global Whitelabel.
