Guilds

A Guild is a community of Akupon users who pool engagement to unlock collective rewards.

Why join​

  • Shared Guild Treasury — fed by member activity, contests, and platform rewards.
  • Guild-only contests and ranked leaderboards.
  • Private Telegram topic auto-provisioned for each guild.
  • Higher referral multipliers when guildmates onboard new users.

How to join or create​

  • Join — browse guilds in App → Community → Guilds, request to join. Guild leader approves.
  • Create — requires KTP-verified account and a small Saldo Sub deposit (refundable if guild is dissolved). Pick a name, logo, and visibility (open / approval-required / invite-only).

Treasury & withdrawals​

  • The Guild Treasury accumulates IDR rewards from member contributions and platform programs.
  • The Guild Leader can submit a withdrawal request to the leader's verified bank account.
  • Withdrawals ≤ Rp 200,000 are auto-approved within minutes when the leader's KTP is verified.
  • Larger withdrawals require manual admin review (usually < 24h).

Disbanding & disputes​

  • A guild can be disbanded by its leader; remaining treasury is distributed pro-rata to active members based on contribution score.
  • Disputes between members are mediated by support; submit via the in-app Help section.
