PPOB — Pay Bills & Buy Digital Products

PPOB (Payment Point Online Banking) lets you pay bills and buy digital products directly inside the Akupon app.

What you can pay

  • Mobile credit — pulsa & data packages (Telkomsel, Indosat, XL, Tri, Smartfren, by.U)
  • Electricity — PLN prepaid token & PLN postpaid bill
  • Water — PDAM (most regions)
  • Internet & landline — IndiHome, Telkom
  • BPJS — Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan
  • Game vouchers — Mobile Legends, Free Fire, Genshin, PUBG, Steam, Google Play, etc.
  • TV / streaming — Netflix, Spotify, Vidio, more
  • E-money — top-up Gopay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja

How to buy

  1. App → PPOB → pick a category.
  2. Enter the destination (phone number, meter ID, customer number, etc.).
  3. Pick the nominal / package.
  4. Choose your payment gateway (see Payments → Overview) and pay.
  5. The product is delivered automatically once payment is confirmed.

Reliability & auto-refund

Akupon uses a two-step flow: payment is captured by the gateway first, then the product is dispatched. If the upstream provider (e.g. Telkomsel API) fails after you have paid:

  • Your transaction is automatically refunded in full to Saldo Sub or to the original payment method (gateway-dependent).
  • You receive an in-app notification with the refund reference.
  • Every transaction has an audit trail you can show to support.

History & receipts

App → PPOB → History. Each transaction shows status (paid / delivered / refunded / failed), provider reference, and downloadable receipt.
