Saldo Sub

Saldo Sub is your spendable in-app balance. It is custodial, denominated in IDR, and used across the Akupon app for:

  • Redeeming vouchers from the Merchant Marketplace
  • Paying merchant invoices (Premium subscription, hybrid checkout)
  • Buying digital products & paying bills (PPOB)
  • Receiving contest prizes and platform cashback

How it works (FIFO ledger)

Every credit to Saldo Sub is a ledger entry with three fields:

  • amount — value credited (IDR)
  • remaining — value still available to spend
  • expired_at — optional expiry timestamp

When you spend, the system deducts from oldest entries first (First-In-First-Out). Expired entries are skipped automatically and cleared by a periodic cleanup process.

Where to see it

App → Profile → Wallet → Saldo Sub. The displayed balance is computed live as SUM(remaining) WHERE expired_at > NOW() — what you see is what you can actually spend right now.

Expiry rules

  • Top-up balance never expires.
  • Promotional / bonus balance may carry an expiry — always shown in your wallet history.
  • Contest prizes typically expire 90 days after credit.
