Top-up Saldo Sub

Saldo Sub is your in-app spendable balance, used to redeem vouchers, pay merchant invoices, and buy digital products (PPOB). It is separate from Points (engagement rewards) and from on-chain aUSD / $AKUPON.

How to top-up

  1. App → Wallet → Top-up.
  2. Pick a nominal (or enter custom amount).
  3. Choose your gateway:
    • Local (IDR) — DOKU: Virtual Account, QRIS, e-wallet (OVO/DANA/GoPay/ShopeePay), credit/debit card.
    • Global (USD) — Stripe: international credit/debit card, Link.
    • iOS users — In-App Purchase via Apple StoreKit (mandatory per Apple Guideline 3.1.1).
  4. Complete payment. Your balance is credited automatically once the gateway confirms.

Receipt & history

  • Every top-up is logged with an immutable receipt ID.
  • Failed or expired sessions can be safely retried — duplicate charges are prevented by idempotency keys (see Payments → Security).

Refund policy

  • Unused, unspent top-ups can be refunded within 7 days by contacting support with the receipt ID.
  • After 7 days, balance is non-refundable but never expires while your account is active.
